When a candidate puts together his or her resume they need to give more company information IE the types of products manufactured, types of processes used, indicate what industry the company is in and the company location as well as the years they worked for that company.

1. Giving me way too much information. Give me the highlights; I will ask about the details. I'm not interested in reading about every detail of every wonderful thing you ever did.

2. Giving me 4 or 5 phone numbers or more even. Which one am I supposed to call? Do I leave a message on all of them or will you get it on one of them. Leave me one number, maybe two. More than that is annoying.

3. Pictures, hobbies or personal information. I don't need to know that you are 5'11" tall and like volleyball. Give me only the facts associated with your career....
